Four Tours. One Cause.
Pedal Towards a Cure to End MS.
Over 10,000 cyclists
will take part in 22 different tours across the country this spring and summer. Join
us and enjoy a leisurely one or two-day ride through scenic
BC while raising funds to help end MS.
You cycle and raise pledges;
we take care of the rest!
What’s
included in the 2008 bike tours?
- Great way to spend a day or a weekend with
friends, family and/or co-workers while supporting a great
cause!
- Fundraising incentives, awards and prizes
(minimum pledges must be achieved in order to participate
and be eligible for incentives), great prizes for riders
who raise $300 in pledges or more.
- Official RONA MS Bike Tour t-shirt and commemorative
pin for all riders Terrific team prizes.
- All meals, drinks and snacks - you won't
go hungry!
- Support, information i.e. newsletters, training
tips, fundraising tips and more.
- Helpful volunteers and staff at every point
along the tour. Experienced cycling leaders, motorcycle
escorts, first aid and bike maintenance enroute.
- Live entertainment, massage therapy, and
day of event activities.
- Two-day tours also include: accommodations,
luggage and purchase transportation, Saturday night social
with full dinner, entertainment, music and dancing!
- All money raised supports research into
the cause of and the cure for multiple sclerosis and also
funds valuable services and programs for British Columbians
living with MS.
What is expected from our riders?
- Registration fee. Please see each specific
event for early bird registration dates - save by registering
early! Riders must raise and submit
a minimum pledge before riding in the tour.
Please see your specific event for this amount.
- If you must withdraw from the tour, we regret
that your registration fee is non-refundable, non-transferable
and non-receiptable.
